What we do

Places to live, support at home, and getting out into the community

Use one of these or all of them. The Vertical Village is where our places to live sit, and most days our work happens in someone's own home and out in their own community.

Our approach

We start with what matters in your day.

Your goals, routines, relationships and the things you want to keep doing or work towards. That is where the conversation starts.

  • 01

What matters to you comes first

We listen to what is important to you and what you want your support to help you do.

  • 02

    Support should fit your life

The right support should work around your routines, choices and everyday life.

  • 03

    Connection on your terms

Community, relationships and shared experiences are there in ways that make sense for you.

The name

Kin. Land.
Home.

Kintera joins two old words

Kin: your people, the ones who know you best. Terra: land, ground, a place of your own. The mapping is exact. Kin is the family, a small team of five to seven support workers anchored to just two or three members. Terra is the village, the ground under it all, always there. Home is the member’s own front door.

The name is not decoration on the model. It is the model.

Vertical Villages

Your own apartment, with matched support and a community around you.

A Vertical Village brings individual apartments together in one building. Each member has their own home and support matched to their NDIS plan and Roster of Care, with shared spaces, familiar team members and neighbours nearby.

  • A home that is yours

Your own self-contained apartment, with your own kitchen, bathroom and front door.

  • Support built around you

Support matched to your NDIS plan and Roster of Care, delivered by a familiar team who get to know you well.

  • Community on your terms

Neighbours, shared spaces and social connection are nearby when you want them, with privacy when you do not.
